Interfaces

Functionality is no good unless you can use it. Whilst a lot of applications only have human users, Nedu has both people and computers talking to it. In fact, most of Nedu's value is realised through the computer interface.

Nedu provides a browser based GUI for people, and several types of web services for computers.

Pre-integrated with Salesforce/Force.com and Google Apps

No connectors, no web services, nothing required whatsoever. Nedu provides Two-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On to Google Apps and Salesforce/Force.com from day one. Browser based GUI interface

The browser based interface allows humans to communicate with Nedu. It can be used to manage data, manually authenticate users, perform troubleshooting functions or generate various reports and has been designed and built to be intuitive and simple.

RADIUS Connector

Nedu is able to provide authentication services to all RFC 2865 compliant software packages across all major operating systems. Integration is simple. Improve the quality of authentication to your remote access infrastructure within minutes!

XML-RPC API

The XML-RPC interface allows a remote machine to perform authentication and management tasks quickly, simply and with minimal interoperability issues. XML-RPC was chosen for its simplicity, openness, low overhead and availability of implementations in most languages.

HTTP API

A HTTP API based upon passing parameters in a HTTP GET is available for prototyping and ad-hoc implementations.

Language APIs

If you are not comfortable with the web service interfaces, we strive to provide APIs for most popular languages. These interfaces typically present the web services in a construct familiar to users of programming language in question, handling all SSL and web service concerns. These components are free to download and are licensed to encourage the community to improve them as they see fit. Client software currently exists for PHP, Ruby, .NET and Java with more on the way.
