Pricing and Billing

Nedu is sold as a service. You are billed on your usage of Nedu. You only pay when Nedu sends authentication data to your users. Everything else is free.

Use Nedu as much or as little as you want! Our pricing gives you the flexibility to sign up, pilot Nedu, and move it into production without a lengthy and frustrating sales and licensing process. All you need to do to begin strongly authenticating your users is sign up, configure Nedu for your organisation and purchase credits.

Purchasing Credits

Authentications cost credits and credits have a price. Whilst credit prices may change, once you have purchased credits, you are only subject to the new price the next time you make a purchase.

Gardanto is an Australian organisation and is obligated to charge Australian customers GST. International customers are not charged GST and should consider the $USD credit price.

For purchases below 20,000 credits a Visa or MasterCard can be used. The payment process guides you through secure payment and generates a tax invoice which is emailed to you. The credits are added immediately to your account so that there is no disruption in authenticating your users.

Using Credits

Credits are deducted when authentication data is sent to an authenticating user. Credits aren't deducted at any other time and there are no other processes that deduct credits.

Using this model, a user that performs 10 authentications per week can be supported for $USD 2.50 - about the price of a cup of coffee!

Nedu sends daily warnings via email to a nominated representative when credits begin to run low. This allows you to ensure that your service is not interrupted by running out of credits.
